The cost of routine eye exams and prescription eyewear can be of real concern, especially for large families. In many cases, vision insurance can lower these annual expenses.

A vision insurance policy is not the same as health insurance. Regular health insurance plans protect you against financial losses due to unexpected eye injuries or disease. Vision insurance, on the other hand, is a wellness benefit designed to provide routine eye care, prescription eyewear and other vision-related services at a reduced cost.

Refer to the list below to see if your insurance company is listed. We update the insurance plans frequently, so if please call us and verify if we are a provider for a plan that is not listed. Also, please call us if you have any questions about your insurance. We would be happy to talk with you. 

We participate with VSP and Medicare. 
United Health Care, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, PHCS, Texas True Choice, First Health, Choice Care Network, Great West, Humana Military Tricare, Cigna, Superior, Davis Vision, Eyemed/Cole Vision, Spectera, and National Vision Administrators (NVA). 
 
Effective 06/01/2010: If you fail to cancel your office appointment at least 24 hours ahead or fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a "No Show Fee/ Cancellation Fee". The cost of this fee is $25.
